SHIPPING POLICY

**NOTE: As of March 2020, I am only shipping products out on Mondays to minimize exposure for myself and my family. I offer local, contactless delivery in the Greater Portland  (ME) area as well.

We ship items to all 50 states and also offer local pick-up/delivery. We arrange pick-up or delivery in Portland, Maine, Monday through Friday and in the greater Portland area on Saturdays and Sundays.

RETURN POLICY

**NOTE: As of March 2020, all of my classes are held virtually via Zoom or Instagram. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on virtual instruction and supplies. If you need further instruction, I am happy to chat with you online or via Zoom.

I do not accept returns on custom orders or live plants. For all other items, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund of the item cost.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If we have to cancel a workshop or event that you've purchased a ticket for, we will contact you through the information you've provided at checkout and issue a full refund.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments via credit/debit card using PayPal or Square. Custom orders require a deposit at time of purchase.

PRIVACY

My Mini Maine will never share or sell your information. We will only use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us or to set up local pick-up/delivery.
