I do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, live plants, personal items, or jewelry. This applies to items sold through this website, on Instagram/Facebook sales, and in-person sales.

I do not accept returns on items that were damaged in transit.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund of the item cost.


Many of my products are one-of-a-kind. This is due to the handmade nature or variability in crystals/stones.

I try my best to ensure the photos I post are accurate depictions; however, since each item is unique, your product may not look exactly like the photo.


If we have to cancel a workshop or event that you've purchased a ticket for, I will contact you through the information you've provided at checkout and issue a full refund.


I accept payments via credit/debit card using PayPal or Square.

Gift cards can be used for sales through this website.

Custom orders require a deposit at time of purchase.
